COACH
I absolutely love helping others reach their health and fitness goals and seeing the joy, pride, and confidence that comes with working hard and getting the results.
My career in fitness training has taken me from triathlons, to rugby, CrossFit, and strongman. Through all of it I’ve learned how to maintain my fitness in order to stay healthy and strong while taking part in some rough sports. My focus now is staying healthy for my family, enjoying life, challenging myself, and helping others reach their fitness goals.

COACH
Sports have always been part of my life, and physical challenges and competition are still extremely motivating and rewarding for me. I grew up playing and coaching competitive softball (ages 6-college), ran track & cross-country, and have completed a number of triathlons, road races, and eating contests (some of which I won!). I grew up in an active, healthy family. We ate good food, we got outside together, and we laughed a lot. But wasn’t until I got out of organized sports that I woke up to the true long-term value that fitness and a healthy lifestyle can provide.
The experiences, lessons, coaches, teammates, and friends I’ve had through sport and fitness have shaped who I am, no doubt. From my confidence to sense-of-self, ability to navigate change and failure, worth ethic, tenacity, resiliency, and appreciation for collective effort, I want to be able to help deliver for others what has been so instrumental in my life. This is especially important for women and girls, and for my daughter. I’m healthier now at (nearly) 40 than I ever was as a collegiate athlete, and I want women and girls to know we are powerful and strong and there’s a place for us in the gym, in sport, and in life.
To me, healthy means you’re fit enough to participate in your own life, strong enough to handle whatever comes your way, and you have the energy and mindset to enjoy the journey.

COACH
I have a background in gymnastics and competitive cheerleading, and have coached both teens and adults. After high school I started struggling to live a healthy lifestyle, jumping from gym to gym. I found CrossFit in early 2014, looking for a supportive community of people and coaches to help me achieve my goals. Now competing in some of Nevada’s top competitions, I have the experience to pass on my knowledge and skill to help you move efficiently and establish lifelong habits.
I think it is important to evoke a positive and fun environment in the gym that makes you want to keep showing up!
